Basic Crochet Stitch Guide to Become a Crochet Guru

Sorry about not posting for a while! I was on Christmas vacation in Chicago. Anyway, I’ve posted 2 crochet patterns already, so I feel like I should actually show the basics of crochet, so you can make amazing things like boot cuffs or an ear warmer.  I’m sorry I wasn’t able to do any pictures or videos for this post. I hope you are still able to find this post helpful. Also, some of my friends have been wondering if I could teach them (and maybe their Mom) to crochet. Today I will show you how to:

  • Tie a slip knot
  • Yarn over
  • Chain
  • Single crochet
  • Double crochet

Holiday Shopping Guide for the Whole Family

If you’re looking for something to buy but can’t find something for your family or any other people, you need this shopping guide. So, the plan was that I asked my family (my sister, dad, and mom) to come up with 4-6 things that they already own, and they love. Then, they would write a 2-4 sentence description on why they love each product. Finally, my mom will make a really cool graphic with all the pictures of the itmes we listed. I really felt like helping other people that are trying to find the right thing to buy (because I feel like being a nice person). Oh, by the way, I am NOT the average 12-yr-old boy (they don’t want yarn and makeup), but everyone else is regular.  I really feel like this is my best post yet, and I would really appreciate it if you shared on social media and pinned on Pinterest!  After almost a month of writing and editing this, it’s finally here for you to read! 1. Dogs!

Dogs are funny, loving, and adorable! Like they say, dogs are a mans best friend. If you don’t already have a dog, I’d highly suggest you get one. Continue reading “5 Things to be Happy About RIGHT NOW”

The 3 Best Places to go in the Olympic Peninsula

Over the long weekend, me and my family took a vacation to the Olympic Peninsula.  I had a lot of fun, so I decided to blog about it.  This is my first time blogging about travel, so this blog post might be bad.

1. Olympic Game Farm

Have you ever seen those videos of the zoos you drive right through, and there are like monkeys on the windshield? Well, this is it (except for the monkeys). There are caged animals that you can’t feed, then there are animals that walk up to your car and stick their head in your window for bread. It was hilarious how animals just stick there head in your car. I never thought I would feed and pet a zebra out of my car window. If you didn’t already bring a loaf of bread, you can buy a loaf there for $2. Continue reading “The 3 Best Places to go in the Olympic Peninsula”
